Located in the Roscoe Village neighborhood, Clark Park Boathouse is the first of four new boathouses planned to be built along the Chicago River. The 20, 000 square foot, state of the art facility’s exterior is richly decorated with a mixture of zinc and slate tiles, lined with timber that wraps the inside of the balconies and base of hanging eaves.
