For private events from 50 to 450, Fairlie offers a flexible, unique space to create your next event. We�ve been the venue for bar/bat mitzvahs, quincea�eras, company parties, birthday parties, trivia nights, fundraisers and more. Our large, open main floor plan can easily be divided by our floor-to-ceiling retractable drapery to help create the right feel for any size gathering.

Corporate Events

Fairlie�s combination of a large, open main floor with smaller breakout rooms is a great space for corporate events and parties, film/video production, fundraisers, galas, small conferences, experiential events and more. We have a simple, industrial style that can be adapted to many uses, as well as conveniences such as fast wifi, electrical throughout the open floor, a second load-in entrance to facilitate staff/production needs, and street level access with 12 foot clearance � enough to bring vehicles into the space.
