Concrete

Concrete offers a moodier, high-energy setting with 4,000 square feet of flexible event space and a 30-foot built-in bar. Customizable LED lighting and access to a nightclub-quality sound system make it especially well suited for cocktail receptions, dancing, after-parties, brand activations, and corporate events with a more immersive atmosphere downtown.

The Mezzanine provides an elevated event setting with 3,200 square feet, sweeping city views, and a 40-foot built-in bar overlooking the Concrete space below. Located beside the venue’s DJ booth, it works beautifully for VIP receptions, cocktail gatherings, lounge areas, networking, and supporting experiences within full-venue events throughout the evening.

Skylight

Skylight is Morgan Manufacturing’s signature event space, featuring six pitched skylights, exposed brick, polished concrete floors, and a 23-foot built-in bar.
