70 Seated

Classrooms C01–C10

Classrooms C01 through C10 provide technology-equipped breakout and presentation spaces on Harper Center’s lower level, each seating up to 70 guests. Projectors, lectern computers, web-based displays, ceiling speakers, and classroom infrastructure support workshops, recruiting sessions, lectures, training programs, and concurrent conference breakouts within the Chicago Booth campus throughout the year.

400 Reception

Room 104

Room 104 is an event and presentation space frequently used for Chicago Booth lectures, networking events, lunches, panels, and entrepreneurship programs. Legacy venue information lists capacity for up to 400 reception guests, while university event calendars show continued active use. Final layout and capacity should be confirmed directly with Booth.

130 Seated

Classroom C25

Classroom C25 is Harper Center’s largest classroom, accommodating up to 130 guests in fixed classroom-style seating. Equipped with projectors, a lectern computer, web-based displays, ceiling speakers, and other presentation technology, it is well suited for lectures, conferences, recruiting programs, panel discussions, academic events, and business presentations throughout the year today.

Rothman Winter Garden

The Rothman Winter Garden is Harper Center’s signature gathering space, a soaring six-story atrium framed by curved steel beams, glass, and abundant natural light. Used regularly for university events, receptions, and announcements, the space accommodates 220 seated guests or 400 for receptions based on venue listings and published capacity information.
